Healthy Beef in Garlic Sauce
1 Plan serving tenderloin (4 oz)
1 Cup raw broccoli
1 clove minced garlic (low sodium)
1/2 Cup water
1 beef bouillon
Slice beef into thin strips. Cut broccoli into small chunks. Spray Pam in skillet, add beef strips, broccoli, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir-fry till almost done. Add water, bouillon and simmer 30 minutes.
Counts As: 1 limited protein, 1 vegetable, 1 condiment
