Healthy Chicken & Asparagus Salad
1 Plan serving cooked, sliced chicken
1/2 C. cooked cold asparagus
1/8 tsp. dry mustard powder
1/4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. water
Lite salt/pepper
Dash garlic powder
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Combine ingredients (except asparagus & chicken) and
mix well. Add asparagus and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Place asparagus on plate, cover with chicken, use marinate as dressing if desired.
Counts As: 1 protein, 1 vegetable, 1 condiment
