Healthy Chicken Italian
1 Plan serving chicken breast
1 small raw tomato, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch crushed oregano (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Broil chicken until lightly browned on both sides. Place in non-stick pan and add tomatoes and seasonings, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Counts As: 1 protein, 1 vegetable
