Healthy Turkey Meatloaf
20 oz. package ground turkey
20 Carr’s table water crackers
4 egg whites
½ cup chopped green onions
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
Garlic
Onion
Pepper
4 tbsp. ketchup
Preheat oven to 350. Crush crackers. Combine crackers with meat, green onions, bell peppers, egg whites, ketchup and spices. Shape into a loaf, place in non-stick loaf pan. Bake uncovered in oven for about 45 minutes to an hour.
Counts As: 1 protein, 1/2 vegetable, 1 starch, 1 condiment
